Latest Delivery Information

Henderson Doors- 99% of orders fulfilled within standard times Except 8ft wide steel doors that are extended to 4 weeks , no stock available of this door size at the factory .Due to demand all steel coloured doors are now a minimum 3 week delivery excluding White .

Garador - Deliveries back to normal expect 2-3 weeks on most doors ,
side hinged range running at 4 -5 weeks.

Cardale - most doors from the factory delayed , we have removed several doors worst affected but do not order any item if your in a rush , the only door we can offer a good delivery service from this company is the special offer Regent door .

Timber doors , rollers and sectional doors now back to normall but there may be a delay on some steel doors expect the full 4 week delivery time on all Cardale doors .

Hormann - No reported Delays . Colour sectional doors now 4-5 weeks excluding white .

Wessex - No reported delays .

Premium roller doors all made to order 3-4 week deliveries .

Delivery price changes on some doors -

Due to high fuel costs some remote areas have had a small increase in delivery costs particularly on low cost doors most areas are unafected.

Higher Security Notification

If when you have purchased a door your card details are refused by the bank dont panic !!!

We are now using a more powerfull 3d security system that means your payment may be refused by the bank if you are making a larger than usual purchase or you do not use your card very often .

Please see this as a positive measure as it stops us all becoming a victim of crime .

If this happens to you simply call your bank and confirm its you making the payment, then try again or call us and we will update the payment part for you

Garage door motors brought into question .

The safety aspect of some Garage door motors has been brought into question , we would like to assure all our customers that all our garage door operators meet the required standards for safety.

Our Own brand garage door motor the Doorking Intelligent 800 has been tested by an accredited test house in Germany and meets the required european safety standard EN60335-2-95:2004 this means that if combined with an garage door that is CE marked can be given a Declaration of Conformity .

What this means to most customers is that they know the item is tested safe for purpose if fitted correctly .

All other operators we sell also meet the required standards for safety and can be sold in the European Economic Community .

Our Delivery service information

Garage doors -These items will go on our own transport and can take between 10 and 28 days to arrive

We will not deliver a door without prior confirmation and we are sure someone will be at the address to accept delivery .We will call you at least 3-5 days in advance of the delivery taking place .

We only offer a driveway delivery service and we can not place doors in your garage or carry doors to any other location .

We offer a delivery service based on one driver and so some larger doors may require an able bodied person to assist in the unloading . If you are not willing to help the driver for any reason please advise us in advance and we can arrange for two men on the delivery , this will require an extra delivery premium of £75.00 per door .

You must have the means to move doors after they are unloaded .We take the health and safety of our employees very seriously and they will not do anything whatsoever that may lead to an injury to themselves or others .

All methods require a signature from the householder,the person accepting the delivery must be over the age of 18 and have the express permission to sign for the goods on behalf of the purchaser .

We normally complete all our deliveries in the morning and our drivers can arrive as early as 5.30am please be aware we may get you out of bed , we have had to take this action to ensure all our deliveries are completed on a very busy road network .

We are happy to discuss any special requests with you on our normal contact number or via the email system .

Please help us get your door to you in good time by being flexible with our transport department when we call to arrange delivery .

If you live in Cornwall your area is exempt from our estimate of 28 days for delivery . Please allow up to 16 weeks , operators and parts have the normal delivery schedule .
