Door Systems -
Is a modern high-tech enterprise producing?
o Garage and industrial sectional doors;
o Panels for sectional doors;
o insulated steel track profiles and components for sectional doors.
On-site production of all major components ensures it's possible to control the quality of sectional doors at all stages of production and respond quickly to market demands.
The raw materials from the best European suppliers, the most up-to-date technology and modern equipment are used for the production of sectional doors:
o Modern high-performance line to produce polyurethane insulated panels;
o High-tech automated production lines for the manufacture of steel profiles;
o Modern high-frequency machines with programmed numerical control for the production of components.
Sectional doors are opened vertically to save garage space as a door goes up to to horizontal position under ceiling when open. Such garage door design allows the door to open even when a vehicle is parked next to it. In addition, sectional doors are not troublesome in winter. There is no need to clear snow and ice in front of a door
To open it when compared to traditional garage doors
HIGH ACOUSTICAL AND THERMAL INSULATION PROPERTIES
Produces insulated sectional doors panels at 45 mm thick. These are the thickest panels available on the market and are the basis for high insulation properties Of the door. Each panel is equipped with creaseresistant EPDM-seal to cover gaps between panels and to provide additional heat insulation. The elastic polymer seals around the perimeter of the door are effective to protect the premises against rain, Snow and unwanted heat loss through drafts. High heat-insulating properties of Sectional doors are confirmed by numerous tests conducted by independent accredited laboratory of the Scientific Research Institute NISI (Bulgaria).
Sectional doors are designed of sections, connected by hinges. The sections move along track profiles, which are fixed to the wall structure and a garage ceiling. When opening the doors, sections one by one are moving horizontally under the ceiling. Such a modern design incorporating high levels and quality of materials used, provide sectional doors with a whole range of advantages in comparison with traditional garage doors.
The corrosion resistance is particularly important for doors operated in coastal areas and cities. The tests by an independent laboratory confirmed high corrosion resistance of sectional doors. The elements of the door leaf sustained the influence of "salt fog" For 750 hours, which corresponds to approximately 15 years of operation in coastal areas with moderate salinity.
Door leaf with microwaving enables to hide small damages of coating, keeping a good look of the doors for Many years. Exterior face of the microwave panel has a woodgrain embossment.
